CG Celebrates World Cup 2010

The World Cup is back and your friends at the Car Gallery are celebrating! World Cup fever is alive at the CG as we bbq and show the games on Univision. Stop on by and join us!

Chicago's Championship 'Stache Factor

Had to chuckle at a few facebook.com postings from friends commenting on the fact that all of the head coaches for the City's championship teams in recent years sported sweet moustaches!

Mike Ditka 1985 Chicago Bears

Phil Jackson Chicago Bulls 1991-1993 & 1996-1998

Ozzie Guillen 2005 Chicago White Sox

Joe Quenneville 2010 Chicago Blackhawks

Congrats to the Chicago Blackhawks!

The Stanley Cup is back in Chicago after a 49-year wait. Congratulations to the Blackhawks and their loyal fans. The City is buzzing! Get out and celebrate this weekend starting with the parade tomorrow!

Maifest in Lincoln Square

The Car Gallery is located in one of Chicago's loveliest neighborhoods, Lincoln Square. The neighborhood has a strong German heritage and hosts two German-themed festivals every year, Maifest in June and Oktoberfest in September (go figure!). This weekend is Maifest and the beers will be flowing in and out of plastic steins (I wish we'd get the traditional steins seen above, but that may be a bit much). Stop by this weekend to the Leland & Lincoln Ave. intersection and bring the whole family as there's a mini-carnival for the kids, live music, great German food, and of course, the famous German beer. You'll feel like you're in a Munich beer hall!

The Car Gallery is in the German-themed spirit by providing great deals on German's finest automible makers -- BMW and Mercedes-Benz. Watch the videos below featuring this quality 2004 BMW 325i with sport and premium package, and this low-mile 2002 Mercedes-Benz ML500:

Enjoy Maifest this weekend and stop by and visit us just down the street at the CG on 4620 N. Western Ave. Be safe and have fun!

CG Hearts Lexus GS!

This 2000 Lexus GS400 broke a Car Gallery record when our photog Jake snapped a whopping 51 shots for the web listing! He must have fallen in love with its beauty and just couldn't stop taking pics. Can you blame him? Check out the video above and tell me that's not one fine looking automobile. Fully loaded, gorgeous leather interior and shinny, ding-free exterior combined with the solid mechanics (no mater how high the miles) we've come to love about Lexus -- it's all there! We just reduced the price, so be sure to print this coupon and save today at the Car Gallery.

Where Have You Been?

It's almost May, and I haven't posted on the CG blog this year, whaaa? Sorry for the delay folks, it's been a busy few months around here:

* The year began with the re-launch of the new and improved cargallerygroup.com.

* To complement our new site, we added a Car Gallery YouTube channel www.youtube.com/CarGalleryChicago, Facebook fan page (become a fan and 'like' us today), and still tweetin' it over at Twitter.com/cargallery.

* Thanks to our loyal customer base, popular referral program, and online presence we experienced 75% turnover for the months of February and March. Thank you CG customers and good job sales team!

April has been slow, which would explain why I'm blogging now rather than during the previous busy months, but nonetheless, things are looking up for the Car Gallery. We're gearing up to purchase a plethora of quality used cars this week, so stop on by this weekend and find out what the 'CG Real Deal' is all about.

Happy Holidays from the Car Gallery!

Happy Holidays from your friends and the Car Gallery! The picture above was taken at the annual Car Gallery Holiday Party at our store on 4620 N. Western Ave. in Chicago. Being a car dealer, we have an ample supply of balloons, so our kids love coming by the store, especially when there's a party going on! It's been a rough year for a lot of people, and we hope that 2010 will bring you both joy and security. We've certainly had our ups and downs, but we're thankful to still be here despite it all and are ready to serve you with quality cars at low prices in the new year. Stay positive people, we'll get through this. Here's to 2010 and beyond.

Warm Regards,

The Car Gallery Family
